Bespoke acoustic enclosures for condensers, chillers etc...Sound reduction down to -25 dB (A) through targeted air flow in combination with insulation to prevent masking effects and sound reflection.
Custom made solutions for individual systems and system groups, expandable through modular construction. |
Acoustic enclosures for refrigeration systems Sound insulation for refrigeration systems, dry coolers, condensers with vertical and horizontal air flow.
Sound reduction down to -25 dB (A) through targeted air flow in combination with insulation to prevent masking effects and sound reflection. Enclosure standard models for individual systems and system groups, expandable through modular construction. Service doors around the systems / "plenum sheets" to prevent an air short circuit. Depending on the situation, the air inlet and air inlet openings can be installed on the side or in the roof. Material Aluminum system profiles with a thickness of 5 cm, aluminum panels with powder coating in RAL color of your choice, with a thickness of 1.5 or 2 mm with internal weather-resistant insulation with a thickness of 50 mm. The systems can also be equipped with exhaust silencers and deflector panels for enhanced sound insulation. The on-site assembly is simple and can be carried out by two people. |
Our acosutic enclosures - flexible, easy to assemble, effective in soundproofingOur custom made acoustic enclosures are based on a self-supporting frame construction made of aluminum profiles that can be set up very quickly and without special tools. In addition, the acoustic hoods can be installed on the construction site without any problems, even in tight spaces - i.e. passageways.
The air inlet is at the top or at the side so that the condensers are uniformly flowed against. The air is discharged through a sound baffle with an installation depth of 700 mm, which is installed over the entire fan surface in the roof. The “baffles” of the soundscape are made in an aerodynamic design so that the air resistance is as small as possible. The service doors around the system can be opened in seconds using quick-release fasteners. This means that the systems remain accessible for service and maintenance work without restriction and no additional maintenance intervals need to be taken into account when planning the systems. The service doors are made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum sheet, which is provided on the inside with an innovative 50 mm thick insulation made of closed-cell, semi-rigid and sound-absorbing polyethylene foam panels. Due to its sound-absorbing properties, this foam is one of the most innovative materials for sound control in HVAC systems. The insulation is UV, moisture and water resistant and does not build up bacteria or fungi and is fire resistant. |
